Uninterrupted time is golden.
I am feeling swamped and behind but by the end of today, I will be on top of things. I know that because I am off to a good start - already at my office and have only 2 meetings today so I will get lots done. I find a few hours with no interruptions is worth as much as a full normal day.A friend emailed me the following quote which I thought tied in well to this blog.
"Time is the coin of your life. It is the only coin you have, and only you can determine how it will be spent. Be careful lest you let other people spend it for you."
